Terms of service
In two sentences
ZelKorVicQanix publishes guides about six free browser games and nothing else — it does not host, run or sell any of them. Use the pages freely, and treat the game links as what they are: links to somebody else's site.
PLATE · TERMS OF SERVICE
01 What this site is
ZelKorVicQanix publishes editorial guides to six free browser games. It is an informational site. It does not host, run, stream or sell games, and it has no accounts, purchases or subscriptions.
02 Using the site
You may read, print and link to these pages. Republishing a guide in full elsewhere, or presenting it as somebody else's work, is not permitted.
03 Games and third-party links
Each guide links to the game's page on poki.com. Poki is operated independently of us and has its own terms, privacy policy and advertising. What happens there is governed by their rules, not ours.
04 Independence
This site is not affiliated with Poki or with the studios that made these games. No payment, affiliation or sponsorship influenced which six games appear here or what is written about them.
05 Names and artwork
Game titles, cover artwork and studio names belong to their owners and are shown here to identify the games being described.
06 Accuracy and corrections
Guides are written from playing the games and are correct as far as we can tell on the checked date shown on each page. Games change; if you find something wrong, write to support@zelkorvicqanix.com and it will be fixed.
07 No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it is complete, uninterrupted or free of error, and we do not warrant anything about the games themselves.
08 Liability
To the extent the law allows, this site is not liable for loss arising from its use, or from the use of any site reached from it.
