The view
Catpad hands you a cat and a pointer and asks very little else. You guide a paw around the screen, knock things over, stack boxes into towers and pick up shiny objects. Collect enough of them and the game tips into a fever stretch where points arrive faster.
The puzzles are simple on purpose. Most of the game is the feel of batting an object and watching a tower either hold or come down. You can click the cat's face to pet it, which does nothing for your score and is clearly the point of the whole thing.
The keys
Everything is one mouse click. Move the paw by moving the pointer, click to bat or pick up, and click the cat's face to pet it. Taps do exactly the same on a phone.

Early notes
- ·Build low and wide before you build tall. A tower that falls costs more than one extra layer gained.
- ·The shiny items are the score, not the boxes. Take the detour for them.
- ·Nothing is timing you, so spend the first run just finding out what reacts to a paw.
- ·It reads better on a phone than most one-click games: same taps, bigger target.
